Basic Pancakes

A friend of mine gave me this recipe and it is absolutely awesomely easy!!

What You Need:
2 Cups Flour
2 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1 Egg
1 1/2 Cups Milk
2 Tablespoons Sugar
2 Tablespoons Melted Butter, or cool butter

This recipe makes enough pancakes for about 4 people easily.
Use a non stick skillet or pan for this, heat with some butter to prevent sticking.
Whisk but not too much, Mix everything together, a smooth batter should be what you will want here.
Using an ice cream scoop or a soup ladle, scoop desired amount of batter into the griddle/pan/skillet.
Cook on griddle until top has bubbles and flip!
A light golden brown is your best bet for the pancake.
Serve with butter, syrup or anything you want!

Not enough mixing

Perfect mix

Frying pancakes

Ready to flip! (At least one is)

Finished!
