Buffalo Chicken Salad with Cheddar

Spicy buffalo chunked chicken with cheddar is an awesome combination. Add in some lettuce and tomato and a bunch of carrots and there is a pretty healthy salad.
The buffalo sauce that coats the chicken acts as a simple dressing!

What You Need:
4 chicken breasts cut into strips for quick grilling.
Franks Hot Buffalo Sauce.
1 bunch of romaine lettuce.
2 tomatoes.
about 2 cups shredded carrots. ( you may have left overs.) I cheated and used a pre shredded bag of carrots.
about 1/2 cheddar cut into small chunks or shredded.

Start by rinsing and de veining your lettuce.  Drain and rinse and set aside to dry.
Pre heat the grill to 350° and while it is heating up, pour the hot sauce into a bowl. Trim any unwanted parts from the chicken, cut chicken breasts into thicker strips and dip into buffalo sauce and coat. Once the chicken is coated nicely, put on the grill and allow the chicken to cook about 5 minutes on each side. Once the chicken is fully cooked, it will be white all the way through. Set chicken aside and allow to cool.
Cut up the tomatoes and cheese and add to a large bowl, also add in your carrots and lettuce mix well.  Once the chicken has cooled, cut into chunks and toss with salad! It is that simple! Enjoy!
