Garlic Stuffed Grilled London Broil with Asparagus

What you need:
Bundle of asparagus
3-4 cloves of fresh garlic
~1-2lbs London Broil cut steak (enough for 2 people)
Butter
Cheddar (optional)
Salt
Pepper

Slicing or putting holes a steak before cooking it, will result in lost juices. You won't have as juicy of a steak if you do this, but all of the garlic is wonderful!

Start by cleaning your asparagus, and placing some butter in a pan, on low medium heat, saute the asparagus, it will take about 20 minuets. Be sure to stir to prevent burning. When the asparagus are ready to eat, they turn darker in color, and are soft and tender. I added some cheddar on top for a treat.

For the steak;
Slap your steak on the cutting board, make small incisions in the steak, large enough to stuff garlic into.
Take a few cloves of garlic and slice them thin, insert a slice or two into the slits, stuff them deep into the steak.
This might burn your cuticles a little bit, mine were tender afterwards.
Heat up your grill!!!
On high heat, sear both sides of the steak. About 450° for a short time on each side, about 5 minuets
Turn down the heat on the grill and cook at 400°
Flip the steak every 8-10 minuets. Check the temperature on the steak to see how it is doing
Once it is cooked to how you like it, cover with tin foil and let the steak rest for 10 minuets, rising the internal temperature.
Slice the steak thin, and serve yourself asparagus and steaks!! Enjoy!!

Start the asparagus first

Slice small slits in the meat, and insert sliced garlic inside, you can stuff it pretty far down.
