Cheddar Fondue!


What You Need
1 medium sized sauce pan
1 small sized sauce pan
Water
1/2 block of cheddar cheese--or your choice of cheese cheddar has a nice melting point

This is really easy, take the larger sauce pan and fill half way with water, then place the smaller sauce pan on the top of the water so it floats, without spilling water over the sides, bring the lower pan to a boil and place the cheese in the small pan. Allow it to melt it takes maybe 15-20 minutes. Makes a great topping for chili cheese fries or anything you want!
