Homemade Chicken Nuggets


What You Need:
Left over chicken strips or 1 chicken breast cut into bite size pieces
3 eggs whisked
1-2 teaspoon butter-just to lightly coat the baking sheet
About 5 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese to mix in the panko
About 3 cups panko seasoned with salt, pepper, onion, garlic and chili powder --about 1-2 teaspoons just a shake or two will do it for a light flavor

Pre heat oven to 400°
Lightly grease a large cookie sheet with your butter and set aside
Crack your eggs into a small bowl set aside
Pour your panko bread crumbs into a bowl and season with salt, pepper, onion, garlic and chili powder, and Parmesan cheese, mix well.
Cut up your chicken into bite sized pieces and dunk one at a time into the egg, panko, egg, panko and onto the baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes; flip and then another 6 minutes flip and serve!
