Spicy Three Pepper,Two Bean Beef Chili

This chili is quite easy to make, and I used fresh peppers from the garden which made it extra special!

What You Need:
2 Habenero peppers
4 Cayenne peppers
2 Bananna peppers
4 cherry tomatoes (optional) I happened to have quite a few of these laying around so added them to the sauce for flavor.
2-4 fresh cloves garlic
2 onions
1 can light kidney beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can of sauce (29 oz/1 lb 13oz) (822g)
1 +/- pound ground beef
1/4 Tsp of the following:
garlic powder
onion powder
cumin
crushed red pepper
paprika
hot sauce
More than 1/4 Tsp of the following:
chili powder
pepper
salt

Start by browning your beef. Next, start your sauce on a low medium setting, just enough to simmer nicely. Add in can of sauce, above spices, crushed garlic, chopped onions, and cherry tomatoes. Drain and rinse the beans and add them also. Once the beef has browned (about 15-20 minutes) drain the grease and add into the sauce. Mix well. Keep the heat on a low medium for now until the peppers have been added. Add in some hot sauce.
Now is the time to add in the hot peppers! A pair of latex gloves to wear while prepping the peppers wouldn't be a bad idea, I got Habenero spice embedded in my nails and fingers for a few days. Wash and slice the peppers length wise and split apart.  Remove the seeds if desired.  Then chop into small pieces. I used 2 habeneros 1 seeded, 1 not seeded. 2 banana peppers which did not have seeds so they both went in. 4 cayenne peppers, 2 seeded 2 not seeded. Add all the peppers in and mix again.  Now turn the heat up to about a 3 1/2. Be sure to keep the lid on and stir every once in a while.  Allow the chili to simmer for at least 5 hours or more for best results. The heat in this chili was pretty high, it was very natural tasting though because the peppers were fresh and there were plenty of them. It had a lingering spice after a few bites too.
This chili is fine on its own without sour cream or cheese. For a treat, I'll add some chili onto a flour tortilla and eat it. Also, if you have left over fries, add some chili on top and shred some cheese, and you have spicy chili cheese fries!
