The propane tank has been filled!! It was my husbands turn to cook dinner, and he was lucky enough to grill! We had a friend over, and a delicious dinner was made!
Just simple burgers, and some broccoli and mushrooms on the side, along with tomato and onions as toppers!
Make your burger patties! Season them with salt and pepper on both sides.
Melt butter in 2 saute pans, wash and cut your broccoli and mushrooms and then add to separate pans.
Be sure to stir your mushrooms and broccoli often (about every 5-8 minutes). Cook the broccoli on medium heat (3 1/2) for about 15 minutes, or until tender. Cook the mushrooms on a low heat (2) until tender, drain some of the water off while cooking.
Heat up your grill to 350°, and keep your front and rear burners at medium heat.
Place the burgers on the grill, and flip every 10 minutes. Cook until the juices run clear, add your cheddar cheese on top and close the lid of the grill and allow the cheese to melt. Turn off your burners and the propane.
