1/2 cup mayo
3/4 cup buttermilk
1 clove fresh garlic- crushed
salt and pepper-just a pinch of each
2 scallions (optional gives the dressing an extra zing)--cut small and thin
Mix all ingredients together and whisk until smooth and fluid! Put in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
