Grilled Smoked Kielbasa with Hot Horse Radish!


This isn't so much a recipe, as it is a suggestion on how to cook a nice smoked kielbasa!
The one we purchased is from a local polish deli, it was 2 lbs. for $10.00 and enough for 2 meals for 2 people.

Suggestion 1: Pan fry your thick/thin kielbasa in a pan until it reaches your desired texture. This method is a bit greasy.
Suggestion 2: Grill your thicker sliced kielbasa on the grill for about 15-20 minuets, keeping an eye and turning so there are no explosions. Grilling makes the outside skin nice and crispy and has a bolder taste. This method is not as greasy and much better than pan fried.

prefer Gold's Horse Radish, and believe it is the best horse radish
Smother your kielbasa slices in Hot Horse Radish sauce!! Eat it!! Feel the burn!!
