I had some left over lettuce ready for a salad and I wanted to go on the healthier side.
1 can Pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1 romane lettuce (out of a 3 pack)
splash of valentina hot sauce
splash of franks buffalo sauce
2 teaspoons blue cheese dressing
few dashes cumin
Drain and rinse your beans
Put valentina hot sauce on the bottom of the pan, heat beans in a small pot for about 7 minutes on a medium high setting, stirring very often, add in your cumin. Once soft, add to bowl of lettuce, toss and buffalo sauce and blue cheese dressing. Eat!
