Start by cutting your ribs in half, and boiling your ribs for at least an hour in some salted water.
Make up your BBQ sauce, we use a store purchased sauce, and add sugar, red pepper flakes, pepper, sriracha.
After an hour, the ribs will start falling off the bone at this point when you take them out and put them on the grill.
Start the oven fries and broccoli, these do take a bit to cook up, especially with the amount of broccoli in one pan this recipe.
Grill both sides of the ribs once without sauce.
Grill the ribs for at least 5-10 minuets on each side, saucing them with each flip. They are already cooked keep in mind. I like a lightly charred rib.
Remove ribs from the grill and serve to everyone! Careful with those oven fries, this time around with the recipe I got a little burn from the oven steam !
