I actually used russet potatoes for the oven fries this time! They came out more crunchy than with the red skin potatoes. Either one works, but the results are different.
You Will Need:
Small Eggplant
Ny strip steak
Broccoli
Russet Potatoes or Red Skin Potatoes
Canola or vegetable oil for your fries
BBQ sauce
Butter
Salt Pepper Garlic
Start the eggplant first, since it was an appetizer and then the broccoli, followed by the steak!
Grab some BBQ sauce and add some extra spices! You only need 2/4 cup for the eggplant, or really however much you want on the eggplant.
Pre heat your grill until it reaches at least 350 for the eggplant, add them to the grill, smother with sauce and flip. Let the eggplants cook for about 5 minuets each side until they are soft.
Start your broccoli! Cut them up, and butter the pan and add them in. Stir and toss occasionally Keep the broccoli on a 2-3 and check often so they don't stick or burn!
For the steak, keep the temperature at 400 or above. Salt and pepper your NY strip steak! Add the steak to the grill, flip every 10 minuets or so. In total time, I would say about 15-30 minuets.
Add garlic to your broccoli and serve!!
ohh the steaks before being grilled, perfect.
