Chili and Freshly Baked Bread

This is just one of my variations of chili that I make.
What You Need
1-2 Lbs. Ground Beef
1 Can Del Monte Traditional Spaghetti Sauce
1 Can Tuttorosso Peeled Plum Shaped Tomatoes in juice
1 Can Pinto Beans
1 Can Black Beans
Cumin
Chili Powder
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Crushed Red Pepper
1-2 Medium sized onions
2 Cloves Fresh Garlic
3 Fresh Habenero with seeds removed
1 tiny piece of ghost pepper without seeds from the bottom tip

This recipe is enough for 4+ people and enough left overs for a least a week or two.
Start by browning your beef, and drain off the excess grease once the beef is cooked.
In a large stock pot add your spaghetti sauce, whole tomatoes, black and pinto beans and all of the spices listed above
Dice small, and toss in the habeneros, ghost pepper and onions
Add in the ground beef to the sauce.
Allow this to cook for a few hours on a low medium heat, stirring occasionally, add 2 cloves crushed garlic after an hour.
Also, have your bread already in the oven while you are working on the chili so that way, once the chili is ready, you can eat them together!
This chili is hot!! The scary and exciting part, was not knowing who was going to get the ghost pepper piece! The fresh habeneros gave the chili a bold flavor, and also made the apartment smell nice! You could definitely smell the spice when you walked in.

Bread
What You Need:
3 Cups flour + 1/4 cup
2 Tablespoons Sugar
1 Teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons butter + a little for greasing the bread pan
1 1/8 Cup warm water
1 1/2 Teaspoon dry active yeast (almost an entire package)

Dissolve the yeast in the water, and mix well.
Mix together the flour, salt, sugar, butter, water and yeast.
The texture of the dough is elastic enough to roughly pull apart, but still sticky enough that once you are done kneading it, it will stick to your hands.
Let the mixture rise for 2 hours with a towel over the bowl in a warm place, punch down a few times if you need to.
Knead the dough on a cutting board or keep in the bowl, I just pick up the dough and mush it around a bit.
Grease the loaf pan with some butter to prevent sticking, add dough to a loaf pan, allow another 2 hours to pass and rise again with a towel covering.
Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees and bake for 1 hour, my bread is ready during the last 22 minuets of baking so I remove mine early.
Allow bread to cool on a wire rack and eat while it's still hot You know you want to... You can't just let freshly baked bread sit there without being sliced!!
